Having progressed through roles including Front of House Manager, Beauty Therapist, Senior Spa Therapist, Spa Manager, and leadership positions within international teams, I bring not only technical expertise but also a strategic understanding of career growth within the beauty/spa industry. I know what it takes to move from the treatment room into leadership—and how to do it with confidence and credibility. My specialisation lies in advanced cosmetology, with a focus on skin health, dermatological conditions, allergies, diabetes-related considerations, nutrition, and hair loss. However, true expertise is not just about knowledge—it is about application, consultation, and the ability to deliver consistent, visible results.
Today, I mentor spa therapists who want more—more skill, more confidence, more income, and more recognition. My work is designed for those who are ready to refine their craft, elevate their standards, and position themselves as trusted experts within the industry.

Alongside this, my work in professional beauty publishing has strengthened my industry authority, positioning me as a contributor of expert insight, strategic thinking, and thought leadership within the evolving wellness and spa sector.
At the same time, I am the founder of the Association of Polish Cosmetologists in the UK (est. 2015) and an editor for Professional Beauty Journal (since 2019). Through this active promotion of our industry, I have strengthened my industry authority, contributing expert insight, thought leadership, and strategic perspective to the ongoing evolution of the wellness and beauty sector.
